Broken Silence Studio is a professional recording studio located in Shoreline, Wa. featuring a tracking room that is great when a tighter, more focused sound is required. The rich, warm tones make this an excellent room to track drums, percussion, vocals or guitar. Music Is our passion, we focus on making a big sound in an intimate setting.

STUDIO TIME: $35 per hour (Engineer incl.)

With modern technology, tracking your music or voice over can sometimes be an easy thing to accomplish on your own but usually an experienced professional can not only make your life easier but also get a better sound on the outset of any recording project. The tracking room at Broken Silence is ideally suited for tracking the voice or other instrument to capture a well-defined present tone. Come give us a try!

MIXING: Call for a Quote

The quality of a recording can make or break the final mix. Here at Broken Silence we work tirelessly to get a high quality track and translate it into a professional mix ready for mastering at your favorite mastering house.

MASTERING: $30 per song / $250 per album (12 song max)

Yes, we master your mix as well! We are however an all digital studio with only a few relics of the past laying around so if a master to vinyl is your goal we can certainly give some killer recommendations.

Typical recording hours are between 9am and 8pm. Sessions will begin and end promptly at their scheduled times. Setup will be included in this time. Please arrive a few minutes early to unload equipment and be ready to start.

Full payment is due at the end of each session. We can accept cash, credit card or PayPal. Sorry, no personal checks.

All project data will be stored on the studio’s hard drives for a period of two weeks after the session is completed. A data DVD of the project files can be provided for the cost of the disc. However, the client is encouraged to bring an external HDD to store their back up. It can also be arranged to upload work to the clients Dropbox account or FTP site. The studio will not be responsible for any data loss.
